Everyone is welcomed, regardless of any woman's shape, age, size or
experience. All classes are geared toward real, every day women who would
like to keep it fun and exciting the whole way through. So far the oldest
lady to attend our workshops was 81 years young.
While our workshops are not
sexual in nature, we focus on learning to move sensually by reaching
within yourself and following what you feel. You should walk away feeling
empowered, sexy and connected with your sensual creature. The atmosphere is
non-intimidating and geared toward the real woman who wants to become more
confident and increase her sensuality. You may want to take a class or
have a small group of friends gather around for a fantastic time in a
party setting. After you attend one of the
workshops below, you will be moving your body the way it was designed to
move.

Exotic Dance Workshop
4 weeks / 4 Sessions / 60 min. each.

We focus
on your goals and making the dance your own.
This workshop
explores everything in the Exploring Exotic Dance Workshop and
much more.
You will have more practice time, which will allow you to become
comfortable expressing your true sensual side. You will be
performing on week 4! WooHoo!

For Women Only.
Please wear comfortable clothing. You may want to have an
outfit / costume
by Session Three.
High heels are not required but are
encouraged.
Below are four classes are are ideal for
beginners

Session One - Erotic Moves, Hip and Body
Flow, PLUS Sexy Walks, Crawl and Turns.

Session Two - Review , Lap Dance and Strip
tease, Environment Incorporation, and Setting the Mood.

Session Three- Review, Basic Pole Dancing,
Pose Dancing, Performance Effectiveness and Styles.

Session Four Review More intense pole
